Customer Service Associate

CTL Amedica is an ISO 13485 certified and FDA registered Medical Device Company with offices in Carrollton, Texas. CTL designs, manufactures and distributes medical device products and systems for spinal surgeons; specifically implants and devices.

The company is currently seeking a Customer Service Associate.

The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for internal customer service and lend support to the external reps and customers.  This individual is responsible for ensuringcommunication with our customers is at a world class level; Provide inventory requests for sets or components to Inventory Control; and, Administer reports as required and disseminate to appropriate teams.  This role will be heavily rooted in ensuring CTL Amedica provides the best Customer Experience inclusive of stepping in when needed to assist with the tasks at hand.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Respond to customer related matters such as emails and phone calls.
  •  Issue Inventory requests from external & internal customers to Inventory Control and relay status’s to requesting customers
  •  Advise customers of product shortages and coordinate efforts to transfer inventory from other field locations.
  • Follow up with accounts to ensure inventory is returned in compliance with CTL Amedica field inventory policies.
  • Facilitate Set Return requests.
  • Account Management support (pricing, product info (STG’s, IFU’s, etc.))
  • Keeps current Distributor / Surgeon / Hospital file
  • Completes Support and implement quality initiatives as directed.
  • Creating or enhancing surgeon / distributor profiles-instrument preferences.
  • Communicates product availability information to internal customers.
  • Provides assistance, when necessary, to other Operations Departmental functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Customer service 2 or more years.
  • Working knowledge of iTraycer and Quickbooks systems. (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills
  • Must be willing to work Monday – Friday between 8:00am and 6:30pm with flexible scheduling
  • May be required to work some weekends
  • Proficiency using Office Applications
  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 & FDA 21 CFR 820.

Required Education Level:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Job Status

  • On Site, Full Time, Monday through Friday, Day Shift.
